Silly story. But if Farage had done this certain other posters decrying this negative attack on Miliband would have already set up a thread with dozens of posts on it within a few minutes full of faux outrage,:D

If you are only going to give 2p dont bother! Tell her to go to a shelter - although she may well be part of an organised begging gang for all we know.

Sorry. I have worked for 40 years with your working class - they do not give a toss about politics - they care about feeding their families.

    Good one.

It could be argued that that's an over generalisation, but in terms of my experience, I also find it to be true.

I am no fan of Ed but the closeup photo is deliberately blurred so we cannot see what he is putting in. And lets not forget he is not obliged to put anything in

I love the fact that a demonstrably right wing polititian like Ed Millband can get called a Marxest or Socialist here.

It shows how detatched from the real world certain people can be.

Do you seriously believe Milliband would have only given 2p? I bet he didn't have 2p on him and had to borrow it.:p
It's possible he only had a credit card on him.

Good one, you point out that it could be a generalisation..... and then make a generalisation,

    Love the condescending 'your'.
I'm surprised you didn't do the whole "look Jonathan, I know these kids, I've worked in the areas you're talking about ...I know their problems, I know their frustrations ... cut off their goolies is the only solution" bit.

Dear God, desperate desperate stuff, Still, if it's all you have it's all you have I suppose,

As I keep saying I honestly expect an "Ed Miliband leaves the toilet seat up" thread to appear before May, or "Ed Miliband sings out of tune" "Ed Miliband farts and doesn't say excuse me" "Ed Miliband smells so there" "My dad can fight Ed Miliband's dad"

come on guys I am giving you some really juicy ammo,

Sorry, but "Ed Milliband sings out of tune" made me laugh out loud.

Most of the politicians get criticised for silly things.

    Ed Miliband ate my hamster.

That made me laugh properly! :D

I just think the guy is a puppet really, the face of the party, like Mr Murphy will be. Interesting times lie ahead for sure...

Almost as desperate as the Farage/UKIP stuff on here?

Take those red rose tinted glasses off once in a while.

I expect we will find out the exact amount soon when Milliband claims it as a genuine expenditure on his expenses declaration sheet. :D

From the expression on Miliband's face it's obvious he thought he was buying the services of a prossy! For perverted acts of pleasure involving carrots in gravy!

And, to add insult to injury for the poor gal, he wanted change!

This is the thing about the Liebour leader, he's obviously a lizard. A lizard with a very good make-up artist working on him 24hrs/day!

And another thing! Miliband is going to ban the car and force everyone to use buses. Buses powdered by lady farts cos that's how he swings, that hateful lizard man!

    Vote Conservative!

Alternatively ... back above the rabbit hole...

There is a strong possibility that Ed was photographed giving 2p to a beggar.

I looked at the photo, smiled, got on with my day knowing it meant nothing important enough to spend too much time attacking/defending Ed based on it.

Stewed on it all day and went home and posted about it.

. . . but, so would the most caring, kind, compassionate, as well as passionate about their communities the lives and well being of their fellow workers, people who would without a moments hesitation give up their pay for sometimes lengthy periods to support someone that they considered had been mistreated, concepts that most Tories would just never grasp, where is the profit? What's in it for me?

You say "most Tories", but that's still an unfair generalisation. In fact I'd say that those most likely to help out in terms of generosity would tend to be the more right wing amongst us.

Firstly, they're more likely to give a helping hand and enable the weaker to help themselves rather than give a hand out, which isn't always the kindest thing to do. Have you heard the term "tough love"?

Secondly, don't you think that the militant Union leaders with their "everybody out" strike mentality of the 1970s had their own selfish interests at heart before the "workers'" real needs in their communities?

He's a Labour politician. How can we be sure he's not taking the money out of the cup?

She looks very clean and healthy for an allegedly homeless person , there are a few homeless people who sleep around where my friends live and I always put some money in their pot when I am there and none of them looks as good as this lady , the streets usually take their toll.
