Although this should be in chatter, I was thinking about this today as I want to change my breakfast and break away from a bowl of cereal every morning. I think the milk is making me feel bloated.

Shouldn't this be in Food & Drink? ;-)

    Couple of painkillers
    Half a dozen ****
    3 slices of toast

    Then I'm good to go.
    Usually back to bed.

A fresh bread roll with Pro-Active spread and a little cake and coffee or tea

Today I had a wholemeal roll and a chocolate brownie, with a cup of French Style Filter Coffee

A bowl of cereal (usually Cornflakes) with 150ml milk and fruit (strawberry flakes today)
And 2x toast with either peanut butter or jam

I know that probably sounds like loads and really unnecessary, but I am on 'double breakfast' on a meal plan (to maintain my weight now, not to gain) and it does make a noticeable difference for me if I miss part of it now.

It varies between poached egg on wholemeal toast, wholemeal toast or fruit with raspberry yogurt...

Egg and bacon most days, which I've been eating since the age of 5 (back in the er...1940s!). I'm glad I never fell for the "too many eggs are bad for you" health advice which has now been found to be unfounded.

Toast and marmite on working days. Don't usually bother on non-working ones. Also a red bull, couple of diet cokes and ciggies.

Scrambled eggs on toast with black pepper. Yummy!
Not every day, probably 3 times a week, cereal or porridge the other days.
This thread has made me hungry
