Although this should be in chatter, I was thinking about this today as I want to change my breakfast and break away from a bowl of cereal every morning. I think the milk is making me feel bloated.
A bowl of cereal (usually Cornflakes) with 150ml milk and fruit (strawberry flakes today)
And 2x toast with either peanut butter or jam
I know that probably sounds like loads and really unnecessary, but I am on 'double breakfast' on a meal plan (to maintain my weight now, not to gain) and it does make a noticeable difference for me if I miss part of it now.
Egg and bacon most days, which I've been eating since the age of 5 (back in the er...1940s!). I'm glad I never fell for the "too many eggs are bad for you" health advice which has now been found to be unfounded.
I have had a severe dose of the runs since Sun after a dodgy chinese on Sat , so I havent had brekkie yet but will try a bit of toast /butter and a cup of tea and lets hope I get the all clear, nothing as bad as a really bad run.
Scrambled eggs on toast with black pepper. Yummy!
Not every day, probably 3 times a week, cereal or porridge the other days.

Couple of painkillers
Half a dozen ****
3 slices of toast
Then I'm good to go.
Usually back to bed.
Today I had a wholemeal roll and a chocolate brownie, with a cup of French Style Filter Coffee
It's no wonder you spend half your day on the loo
