It is sadly. It's more imo 40% visual, 40% personality and 20% music.

    Also massive amounts of PR.

Now she needs a police escort to an event at the Shard. WTF?

I think this every time I see her. She really does look so grubby for some reason.

I find Rita Ora to be one of the most cheap-as-chips popstar ever. She's just a mish-mash of everyone else who is currently popular, like a Tesco value version of a Gucci product or something. She also seems exceedingly desperate, irritating, and generally unlikeable. I still can't get over her making it anywhere near the X-Factor judging panel - what a joke that was.

Can't stand the media/her PR's persistence in trying to force us to want her.

    Lol at all this.

I'm sure her and Cara are having a lovely time right now and good for them.

Please don't tell me this is some variation of the "you're all just jellus haterz" card...

I have no idea who the Cara is you are referring to but as far as Ms Ora is concerned she seems to have some sort of "career" based on nothing but fluff and PR nonsense. Where's the beef? (or talent in her case).

Oh god I was just thinking this . Seriously where did she come from!? she just appeared one day.Why is she at every single event ,hanging out with every other seemingly "cool " celeb . Do they all get a memo "your famous now and must hang with so and so "

She must have "friends" in high places...

Yes. That's what PR agents are for.

Who is she shagging to get all this exposure, a talent free void promoted way above her talent and intelligence level.

    Stupid name, moronic person

The-Dream and JR Rotem if rumours are to be believed.

I hope she never does a Tulisa sort of "video" as her name gives her a ready made headline :D

Actually, she seems like just the sort of person who would release *that* sort of video. She reeks of desperation as it is.

Her PR must be amazing - never a day goes by without her being mentioned on the Daily Fail website. Today it is about having tired eyes after a "long haul" flight. Diddums.

It always seems like the PR's are trying so hard to make Rita Ora "happen" but I don't think she has or ever will. Everything about her is derivative and seems to have been put together by committee. (Songs which sound like Rihanna B-Sides, ugly hipster clothes, being seen with whoever is supposedly cool...)
    It all seems so desperate.

Apparently they're having her put on a track with Chachi Kamikazi because he's going to be the next cool thing, and it'll finally make her pop out, lol.
He's not even famous or anything, dude only has 7k youtube views.

She is an excellent prop for Cara Whatserface, according to the Daily Mail:yawn:. I have no idea why they are so obsessed with ramming the 2 of them down our throats or what is so special about either of them.

I can't stand her! She seems very up herself and always looks strangely grubby. I also can't believe she's younger than me as she looks at least ten years older than she is.

Her getting to guest judge on the XF was absolutely laughable and I can't understand her high profile in the media for someone who is both shit at what she does and totally unappealing in terms of her looks and fashion sense.

Daily Fail Online features her again today - this time starting a trend for "backless"shirts. Very newsworthy.

He PR company earn their corn don't they?

Lol. Two days ago they said she reignited the popularity of cornrows.

She was in the Fail (yet AGAIN) yesterday, in an article about the cornrows hairstyle coming back into fashion.

To be fair it's not just Rita they are weirdly obsessed with. LeAnn Rimes is in there every single day too and she's about as dull as you can get.
