I am currently in the middle of having my living room refurbished. When completed will need to move the superhub and router to a new location.
2 questions if you guys can help me out pls
Can I get a new cable to go from the wall to the superhub without an engineer visit.
PC will be in a opposite part of the room to where superhub will be, is there any issue running huge lengths of Ethernet cable probably 40ft +

40 feet is nothing for ethernet. It is certainly by no means "huge", not even medium Ethernet is good for up to 100m (330ft in old money) so 40 ft will be barely noticed.
Any TV "engineer" could do it for you too for not a lot of cash.
As above Ethernet length isnt an issue. You will also get away without buying external ethernet if you want to route the cable outside - but you might want to consider eg it if it is a long term installation and you cant easily replace the cable at a later date.
I have had regular ethernet cable running round the outside of various houses for at least 5 years without needing to replace it due to weathering.
