Aceness - got one o these for my xmas today
Does anyone have one? Tell me about some nifty stuff please. Been having a look into the POI stuff online, and it seems like there is some nifty stuff there. Any ace ones you know about?
Also, the speed camera detection function. Is it pre-built in (If you go into "Proximity Alerts" the "Garmin Safety Cameras" box can be ticked, but I have seen some safety camera POIs for sale online, so bit confused).
Can it be used as a GPS (you can set it for pedestrian mode, I know), for going out hillwalking n stuff? I know it can be used for GeoCaching - nice one! On the back of the box though it mentions Ordnance Survey as a partner, but do I have to download OS maps for it? I have Fugawi OS mapping software, anyone know if this can be transferred on?
