its the supposed end of the word but will you be worrying?

will you just get on with your day to day life and not think about it or will you do rash things or get drunk just incase?

how will you treat the much speculated end of the world?

my friend is a Wiccan, she doesn't believe the world is going to actually come to a psychical end on the 21st December but does believe its passing will herald some form of new spiritual beginning. as she's great company i'll probably pop round her house for a drink and a smoke and maybe see what we can channel through her ouija board!

unless the world does actually come crashing to a sudden end that day, in which case i guess my plan is just to die in some horrific manner.

    Hmm, that's a Friday... we'll see.

I'll probably be sitting on some corn in my safe room sipping a mojito.

Departmental Christmas lunch that day. I'd prefer the end of the world.

I'll be laughing at all the 'tards who didn't have single clue about the Mayan Long Count, and yet, who proclaimed that it signalled the end of the World.

So you couldn't just tag onto one of the other threads that have been made over the last year?
This subject isn't even worth a thread. A few nutters misinterpret something and everyone goes into panic mode.
It is NO different from any other December 21st. The nutters WILL be proved wrong, and WILL be pointed at and laughed at.and with TOTAL justification. IDIOTS:rolleyes:

Dec21st is my birthday do as usual I'll be bemoaning the fact that I get hardly any presents or cards as its so close to Christmas!!! I fully expect to be non-celebrating the following year and the one after that in the same manner!

I'll be working and carrying on as normal. But I must admit the question, 'What if they were right?' will be popping in my head from time to time during the day!

If your friend is a proper Wiccan would she not be celebrating Yule, on the 21st.

What time GMT is this supposed to be happening?

Anyhoo-as it will be a normal day,and nothing special will happen, I shall be makeing use of it being the last day before the kids break up for christmas, and shall spend it like a mad woman trying to get stuff done that i cant do with kids in tow. Last bit of shopping and cleaning most likely.
