Looking for recommendations. I've seen a fair few films recently but would welcome suggestions. I have varied taste and like most genres except horror/slasher movies.
Most recently I've seen and enjoyed (in no particular order):-
Love Rosie
Nightcrawler
The Theory of Everything
Whiplash
Two Night Stand
The Imitation Game
American Sniper
That Awkward Moment
Watched but didn't like:-
Boyhood
Birdman (gave up on that)
Based on the above is there anything I should watch (old or new)? All suggestions appreciated.

This was Robert DeNiro's directorial debut and this really did surprise me how really good it was.
You may or may not like Her. It's a great film but does dip in the middle.
I don't know how you feel about subtitled films and anime but I have a few recs if you do.
Plus some other English Language films you may like.
Hotarubi no Mori e. Short anime film that is just so simple and beautiful.
The WEolf Children - Not seen it myself but heard good things
Tokyo Godfathers (Satoshi Kon makes great anime films RIP)
Tokyo Sonata
Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter... and Spring
The Happiness of the Katakuris (technically horror but you may like it as the horror is more of the back burner to the characters)
Bombón: El Perro
Pan's Labyrinth
Leon
Das Boot
Yojimbo
Kagemusha
English Language Films:
Phone Booth
Requiem for a Dream
