The last little Red 16g packet of Frootz # Strawberry yoghurt coated fruit buttons
with a tumbler of Robinsons - Barley fruit - *Strawberry and Kiwi* fruit squash
Down 2 or 4lbs today - [ *1* -10 or 12 lbs ]
Sis rang just before noon till about 1pm
Looked on Ebay then I rang 2 local PC repair shops for a replacement " power cord"for my P/Bell - Easynote LJ65 Laptop
Just found black insulation tape to cover wires in 2 sections of the cable
Now Just eating the First food of the day @ 2-45pm [ it is very tasty ]
Just Found a package of never used before of "Microwaveable - Herby Poppadoms [ 12pack?]
heated one - & put it on a small plate Topped with :-
4" of sliced cucumber - some thinly
A spoon full from a can of cold red kidney beans in chilli sauce sliced celery -
& some chilli houmous [ a 9p tub ]
then all swirled with heinz salad cream
and ALL topped with 1 fry light [ soft yolked ] fried egg & white pepper

Just eaten a blue and white polka dot mug
half filled with 1 Liberte creamy lemon yoghurt [ Reduced price item - probably 9p for 4 pack ]
then other half of the mug topped up with Crispy Morrisons Savers Cornflakes

with some finely sliced celery
the end 3" of a cucumber
2 more spoons of the red kidney beans in chilli sauce
with 4 slices of a new pack of carved ham
& salad cream and white pepper
Followed by :-
A medium sized bowl of Savers Cornflakes
with a heaped teaspoon of dried milk powder and water
and white punjana tea

1 microwaved cooked egg [ Using Lakelands flexible red silcone *scraper cup* - ? scruddle ?
with 6 slices of cucumber - some thinly sliced celery and S/cream [ 89p bottle ]
Followed by :-
A mug of white punjana tea
[ New Red pack / opened earlier today - [ Paid Half normal price a some months ago / got about 8 packs ]

the last two Hayward's Pickled Cucumbers - cut into large coins
Started a pack of Chorizo / bought for £2
some thick tinned chilli sauce from the Tin of re kidney beans
white pepper - Savers brown sauce & salad cream
& Now >>>> just about to have a mug of white punjana tea

Just had 2 cheese muffins [ frozen ]
Then heated in the microwave then ....
cut open with scissors
had them with a mix of raw sliced celery - cold red kidney beans in chilli sauce
white pepper & salad creammmmmm

with lots of sliced celery and some cucumber slices
half a tomato - some red kidney beans in chilli sauce
all topped with a fry light fried egg - salad cream & some white pepper
followed by my 2nd mug of white punjana tea
[ while watching Friday's Corrie / On Catch up where the 2 policemen have just come in to Tracey's shop - while she is receiving a delivery of stock in boxes arranged by the absent Tony ]

Just had a # = Approved Food TomYum Shrimp flavoured *yumyum* pack of oriental halal / Instant Noodles
with a cup of sliced chunky celery put in whilst cooking
topped with an egg to steam in the last 2 minutes of cooking
I firstly put into the bowl :-
Half a tin of cold red kidney beans in their thick chilli sauce & white pepper
before adding :-
The cooked noodles - chilli sachet sauces & SOFT yolked steamed egg > on top
Followed by a mug of white Punjana tea [ A New Pack started this morning ]
