I think it gave her a bit more a figure than most clothes.

I do see what you mean though, nothing can hide a true size.

For a young woman she is a really bad roll model IMO.

Why pick up on it though? If she felt good about herself fair play to her.

The Wardrobe Dept will save a fortune in Material now.

This is a joke by the way.

In fairness to Alison, she appears to be pretty fit from a cardiovascular point of view and I would imagine that doctors cleared her for the show.

Yes she will need to lose a good proportion of that weight at some point, but commenting on her appearance seems churlish and demonstrates a lack of class.

It was the best dress she had while she was on the show and I agree it was slimming.

I actually think Alison has lost a bit of weight on the show and it's made her feel good enough about herself to have the confidence to wear something more fitted.

Alison, imho was a breath of fresh air and her enthusiasm was infectious.

I sincerely wish her well. :D

She has a considerable amount of self confidence which is fine if you keep it to yourself.

Yes but Alison can always lose weight whereas you will always be rude!!

Please don't take this the wrong way but respect to other f'm's is a fundamental rule on DS.

What a horrid thread - glad to see the OP is in the minority here!

I think some people take Alison way too seriously anyway, but so what if she liked her outfit? Good for her! She was loads of fun and I'm going to miss her and Aljaz.

    Fms?

Its all well and good respecting other peoples opinions but how they express them is another matter.

You should see the X factor page f you think i'm disrespectful. It would make your hair curl.

How dare the fat woman have confidence and self-esteem, right?

That was a great outfit on her on Saturday. Definitely the best she'd had. She was right to be happy with it.

And I think people who can't grasp using the correct words and spelling them correctly in a simple sentence are a bad influence.

I appreciate that but I have been banned for doing similar to you and I thought I would give you a heads up.

I thought it was fantastic. We should all be like her and look for the positives in ourselves. I honestly don't understand why people have such a problem with loving themselves or those who do.

Absolutely. Give me a larger woman with a great personality and sense of fun any day than a skinny shrew...

She's morbidly obese and is damaging her health that's the tragedy. It's her choice but regardless of how she looks, she's not doing herself any favours.
