This happens to me usually at this time of year. I put it down to an allergy of some kind that the make up worsens. I don't have hayfever as such but can't work out what it is that does it. Not really much help though, sorry.

I get it when I use eye make up that has milk protein in. But they put a lot of chemicals in some make-up and your eyes could be reacting to a number of things.

Barry M does a lot of vegan products which might help, or try using Mineral Make-up such as Lili Lolo or Jane Iredale.

This is a bit of an obvious one but make sure your brushes are cleaned regularly and dont use make-up that is too old, especially eye liners and mascara, as they get full of bacteria.

I get that too sometimes and I'm usually reacting to one of the ingredients.

I get it too, my right eye has been streaming all morning. I get hayfever so I've put it down to that.

    I get it too.
For me it's usually when the sun is too hot/bright. I don't get it so bad nowadays, but I remember in the height of summer I'd be walking home from school and could barely see.
Could have been down to hayfever but I didn't know I actually had it. :D

Mine do that too, and everyone used to ask me why you cryng etc and it was embarassing lol. For over a decade I thought mine was hayfever and polllen allergy etc. When I went to see the eye specialist he said it was blepharitis (sp?). I need to use a hot towel for 2 mins every day and night and it stops my eyes watering like crazy. It could be a blocked tear duct?

Instead of guessing I would go see my GP who will refer you to an eye specialist at the hospital.

It's what I thought I had for many years (over a decade). Blepharitis is far more common than most people imagine.

I went to my GP regarding it and they said there was nothing they could do. :(

I don't think it's got anything to do with a make-up. Some sort of allergy....

Waterproof mascara could be the problem - it totally destroys my eyes. I changed my mascara and no problem. Then again that might just be something that works for me.
