Your top artists of the year?
What music has made it for you this year?
- Tiny Tempah, the way an RnB artist became so mainstream this year was huge with 4 hits that spring to mind that I have had on repeat.
- Bruno mars and Jason Derulo, downloaded both albums and had them on replay in their respective times.
- Rihanna and katy perry have had huge tunes out this year.
- Yolanda B cool, Flo Rida, Taio Cruz were the hits of the summer played in teh clubs on loop
- SuSan Boyle and Alicia Keys i used both albums alot to relax to whether during revision or on study leave.

Rihanna - Always loved Rihanna. Loud is amazing
Best Coast - Don't know why it took me so long to discover them, they're brilliant! Had their album on repeat since it arrived on Thursday.
30 Seconds To Mars - Got their latest album earlier on this month. Very good.
The Pretty Reckless - I wasn't expecting to love this album, but it's one of the best I've bought this year.

woooo
I'm not alone.
RnB artists became mainstream last year and a few years before that, tinie is just the lastest in the crop. Come the release of he's second album no one will care as much. Like Chipmunk, Tinchy Stryder and many more from previous years.
Susan Boyle is crap.
Now, everyone is entitled to their opinion.
Even if I agree with everything you said there.:o:D
PS: Hi Red!:D
Thanks.
PS: Hi Mr Fahrenheit.
JANELLE MONAE - now THAT is how you debut!
Rihanna - bought Rated R in Jan, and LOUD is fantastic.
Take That - Progress is actually a great album and worth it's success, never been a fan prior to this album work (and only have their greatest hits!) triumph album indeed!
Florence & The Machine has just grown and grown from 2009 and Flo has garner a much higher profile and cannot wait for next album!
The XX, their album is off the scale and won their Mercury Award this year too! phenomenal!
MIA, never dissappoints that woman! always so out there i love MAYA
Robyn with her Body Talk trilogy
Christina Aguilera - Bionic doesn't reach CLASSIC Stripped status and while not as out there in sound as Back To Basics was, it is an album that shows her versitality as an artist and very underrated! and BURLESQUE....just EPIC!!!
Kelis returned this year with one of THE albums of the summer Flesh Tone!
and GORILLAZ! Plastic Beach is just as sensational as Damon's previous work and by far one of the greatest albums of all time! also they have got high recognition as a successful tour band too (and gutted i haven't seen it all in action may i add!)
...thats quite aright
aargh, has there been a Mini Viva album leak?
Kelis, Diana Vickers, Brandon Flowers, Foals, She & Him and Kate Nash have been my most listened this year, all came up with incredible albums.
Not the whole album unfortunately, just the sampler - I'm Hooked, What You Feel, I Wish (demo) and Emotions Of Love.
Florence + The Machine - Lungs is still probably my most played album, a year and a half later and that's pretty special.
Ellie Goulding & Marina & The Diamonds - Breakouts of the year for me, Ellie especially has had a fantastically successful year.[/B]
Arcade Fire - What a comeback!
Hurts - 'Stay' and 'Wonderful Life' are just perfect pop songs, disappointed at their lack of success here but they did fantastically well in Europe!
Katy Perry - with Firework alone, it's nice to have her back.
Mumford & Sons - Surprise success story of the year for me, I was at Reading and my god, the energy in the tent was like I've never experienced before.
Tinie Tempah - I normally hate his genre of music, but for some reason I am a huge fan of him. Similarly with Rihanna, I was never a big fan before the 'Loud' era and now I love her!
