Funny they all exaggerate their scouse accents..
Yes I did notice your location, and i am one of those people who hate their home town accent, exaggerated or not...
So outside of any celebrity scousers, I have agree with anyone who cannot stand Teri/Terry (?) Christian, everything sounds like a whinge, or maybe it is?

Funnily enough, I cant stand it when the Liverpool accent is exaggerated but I think O'Grady is genuine with his accent. He makes me laugh trying to cover his accent up too and poshes up especially when hes in awe of someone on his show. Cilla Black's and Bishop's are a bit OTT for comedic effect. In his case, I think when families move out en bloc to overspill new towns, the accent is more concentrated....he was actually raised in Winsford, mid Cheshire as such.
A high proportion of broadcasting voices are annoying. Makes one wonder. Few voices more annoying or more unsuited to broadcasting than the awful drawling whine of Jeremy Vine.
Speaking of Gardeners, there's Joe Swift with his lisping and strange exaggerated pronunciation (plaunting or plaaauunting) and Nikki Chapman with her nasal delivery.
That woman with a lisp who presents snooker - I forget her name. Oh, I think it's Hazel...
Nicola Sturgeon has been mentioned. I don't know why exactly her voice is so annoying. And similarly there is a journalist and commentator Fraser Nelson with a peculiar voice.
The voiceover woman for Great British Menu makes me want to turn off or at least mute the programme till she stops. One of those dislikeable voices that the BBC deems good for us. But I don't want something syrupy dripping all over me. Give me good old crisp, no-nonsense Jennie Bond any day. Too posh for us proles I suppose. We must have something more common that won't frighten the horses.
Another one is George Osborne, the Chancellor. Such a thin unpleasant voice. At least no one gave him a job as a broadcaster, which is something to be grateful for.

Alan Titchmarsh. He's either faux sincerity, faux outrage or faux humour. I hate that "heh, heh, heh, ee ba gum, tha could knit fog tha could" type crap he comes out with. Fool.

The actress who played Pat actually has quite a posh accent in real life totally different to the character's accent
I also think Terry Christian and Janet Street Porter have annoying voices

I'm amazed she can enunciate at all with those teefs hanging out to dry all the time
:D:o
Yes she was great last night, very witty - first time I've seen it. She is a bit "nasal" though. Where is she from then, with her "Oi" for "I" ?

It's not just her accent, it's her voice in General, the tone and grammar, it's just a combination of yackiness.
