Don't know what it's from but of all the people you've suggested, she looks most like Amy Poehler. She also looks a bit like Beverly D'Angelo.

At times looks like Amy Poehler, at other times Elizabeth Shue. Seems like it's from the 80s anyway.

Have you tried searching google with a screenshot?

Well it's not Charlize Theron, as the woman's height and physique is nothing at all like hers.

I'm not sure if it's Anna Faris as she is quite petite, and going by the age of the film, this looks like it was made back in the 80's or 90's and Anna would of been rather young back then, where as this actress looks like she was in her 30's-40's at the time of being filmed. Although i could incorrect on the age of the actress

It can't be Amy Poheler as this film is obviously a drama, and after just looking at everything Amy has ever done in her career, she has never starred in a television or movie drama. She has only ever done comedy. Unless it is a skit she did for a comedy show that is set up to look dramatic at the start, and eventually becomes comedic.

My guess is Elisabeth, as this actress's eyes are rather wide to be Cybil Shephard.

Certainly not 1980s, the filming style is too modern, so it's 1990s/2000s. Don't recognise the actress though.

I noticed that she says shit at the end and she sounds a bit English, plus it doesn't seem to be the kind of word that would be used in a US drama so it might be an English actress. Having said that it does look and sound like a US show/film so......

The train might be a clue? The music sounds late 80's/early 90's?

It definitely has a very low budget feel to it. Could it be a made-for-TV movie?

Have you tried asking at IMDB? There are some really smart cookies on the 'I Need to Know' forum, plus, if it is a made-for-TV movie, there is a dedicated forum for that too. They might have more specialist knowledge to help you.

    Good luck!

The look of it too looks like late 80s/early 90s. I'd go with early 90s.

But going by this very brief clip of practically nothing, I am very curious about why the OP wants to know so much.
Can you explain why you want to know OP?

Yes there is a sense of urgency there that is curious..

It's not Elisabeth Shue, anyway. She has brown eyes, wide face and square dimpled chin whereas the woman in the video has blue eyes, narrow face and pointy chin. I don't think they look alike, anyway. Plus, I don't think I've ever seen Shue in a frumpy hairdo.

Here's a still of the woman in the video.

Looks a bit like Amy Adams, doesn't she? :D It's definitely not Adams, though. She does look familiar to me, but I don't remember where I saw her.

Well, the usual height of a metal crowd barrier (which she leans over to look at the door) is 3 feet, which makes the woman's height roughly 5' 3"/4" tall (probably an inch shorter without her heeled boots). This should help narrowing down a list of possibilities.

She's a nobody (star-wise), just one of the many nobodies who have appeared in cheap made for TV movies over the years. I don't think for a second the OP believes she is any one of the names he listed, but it's not a bad way to get people clicking and guessing.

It looks a bit like her but not sure, her CV is surprisingly thin.

i was randomly gonna say 70's Charlie's Angles, but she swears when she can't get through the bar gate or whatever it is.. lol ( sounds like she says shit :D)I keep re watching the clip, and its definably old 70's to 80's with the clothes and shoes and then the hair style, very old like Lol..and the music is quite old fashioned :D
