A pneumatic drill at 8 in the morning outside your bedroom window, when you had the chance for a lie in?

I'm still angry 14 hours later >:(

To me it's the sound of someone brushing there teeth with a non electric tooth brush or using a nail brush. I've got shivers thinking about it now.

Someone loudly clearing the throat is something I cant bear to hear however necessary, if its followed by a spit its even worse.

    Try 3am.
A few months back the power went off at around 10pm and I phoned the company and they said they'd send an engineer out in an hour or two.

About 1am he showed up, looked at the metre and some other stuff at the top of the road and returned about 45minutes later and said it looks like a cable problem and they'd get it sorted ASAP.

3am there are several trucks and a portable generator outside digging the road up!!!
It's quick service, can't deny that but all that noise at 3-10 in the morning didn't go down well.
I guess the opposite is for your freezers and fridges to defrost.
Apparently the power has to be off for 18 hours before they compensate you.
