You're extremly naive if you think that , how can testers test for drugs they don't know about yet ?

It wasn't that slow. I made a mistake. Looking at the wrong stats

Obviously they can't but I find it hard to believe that Algeria has something that the rest of the world doesn't know about.

Oh - phew. I think I've run faster than that for the bus.

Not like Cram to show xenophobia.
I would also say that idiot who questioned the 15 year old Chinese girl whilst later a 15 year old American does exactly the same should be banned for a few years.

Banning the guy in the first place brought the games into disrepute. He was simply honest in jogging round the 800 whereas semi-cheating like we did in the fall down cycling is the current 'right thing to do'.

The rules were simply stupid so should not penalise the naive.

Surprisingly I have not heard much on the 'almost Jeremy Kyle style' radio 5 crass morning show.

It was a slow race, the finish wasn't unusual.

What was his split for the last 200m?

As I said in the other long thread about this (not sure why we need another):

You would think that Cram and Foster have a better understanding of the event and the competitors involved than most, so there must be some reason they were being so blatant about it. As I said, I don't think they should have made it so obvious. At the end of the day it's up to the testing to weed out the cheats.

It may be that they've just got it completely wrong and are being very unfair to the Algerian but they are experienced "experts" so it does make you wonder.
