Pop Telecoms

Anyone heard of Pop Telecoms, they're offering £2.50 unlimited broadband with £13.99 line rental or £120 upfront. Believe it's a 12 month contract. Can't seem to find any reviews professional or consumer on the net.

Anyone heard anything good/bad, because it kinda seems too good to be true?
