I really want Fiona and his mum to die. I have hated those two characters from day one and the fact they have lasted until the final episode sickens me.
More with a whimper than a bang. The sacrifice was sad but to be honest by that time I'm not sure how much I cared.
This last season was too messy and although it was good seeing Michael almost go over to the other side, it would have been better if this had happened earlier in the series.
Burn Notice for me was more about being an 'Equaliser' type show.
Well I was upset about maddie I liked her, have to admit it did go out on a whimper. Liked them using the catch phrases from the opening sequence. Bit obvious mike and fi weren't dead and would be living happily somewhere with the kid
I agree with the above posters. A very disappointing end to a season I had actually been enjoying.
Up to then I thought this season had been one of the best and I hoped upon hope that Mike was going to get a new lease of life within James' organisation, which compared to the CIA seemed quite a noble cause.
Sadly as I half expected, the stupid writers went with the predictable, lazy ending.
This is a show I really loved in the early days, but I felt it probably went on a series or two longer than it should have. I just haven't enjoyed it as much as I did in the first few series'.
Towards the end I felt a bit like Sam.
"You know spies. Bunch of bitchy little girls."
Been watching this over the past couple of days. I actually didn't mind the final episode - i liked how Sam and Fi got to say their 'classic' lines one last time.
i think it was a good season overall. If they'd have had the extra 5 episodes they had for Seasons 4, 5 and 6 then I think they could have really done something with Michael going over to the 'dark' side.
Sorry to see it go though. It was a nice easy watch.

I am enjoying this season and can't wait to next week's series finale.
Same here, just watched the penultimate episode and the finale is going to be epic!
Bring it on.

Glad it's over now.
