    Best thing to do is go have a look at the network forums on the voda site. To start things off where are you?

    Hi kcspurs,

    I've just checked our eForum and can see that we've had a couple of other customers report similar issues here.

    If where you live is covered by the post code quoted I'd recommend keeping an eye on the thread for further updates from our Network Specialists.

    However, if it isn't could you update the thread with the relevant information, as per step 7 of our troubleshooting guide here, so we can investigate things further?

    thanks lee. i did ring vodafone aswell and they said theres no problems and has put me on 2g for now.

    ill keep checking that site.

    i phoned vodafone again today.

    my phone still keeps losing signal on 2g.
    i get the x on the signal bar then ask me what network to select.

    vodafone text me something that will work. but once i got off the phone i relised its the same steps that i was told to do last saturday.

    im 2 months into a 12month sim only contract and i cant even get signal at home.
