Gaming with other people and NPC's

With games we all have faced times when someone has done something that they are not meant to or done something that made no sense. Often ones tend to be things like people not healing the right people, not moving from a AOE attack which give you a timely warning. I was wondering what sort of situations other people have faced either with other people playing or the NPC
