As the person who came up with the original concept I hope you'll be taking part. ;-)

Couple of "technical" questions, if I may...

    1. Will there be a cliche list? And how will it be compiled?

    2. Is it a case of "see how many you can knowingly get into your posts" or "see how many times you can implicate the unwitting"?

There'll be a cliche list for sure, the list will be open to additions by anyone and everyone as long as they're sensible.

An example could include, '1 point if someone talks about nerves, a bonus point if you can correctly guess who'.

It wouldn't be a case of the second. :)

Ah, OK. That sounds like fairly harmless fun. ;-) Looking forward to seeing it in action.

If anyone has any launch show Cliche suggestions we could create a cliche list for the launch show and get this game of bingo started. :)

If not, we can wait until the live shows begin!

    'Best line up EVAH'

Some reference to one of the 'hunks' getting their shirt off.

'How does Andy/Brendan/Michelle/Wayne feel about you doing the show?'

Thanks for those Izzie. :) If we can get a list of say, 10, then everyone can choose 4 to fill up their 'bingo card' and then we'll see on Sunday how many points everyone's got.

I'll add in a pro trying and failing to hide their disappointment when there partner is announced, someone talking about how this is 'a dream come true' and Claudia being referred to as the 'new girl'.

Some of these might be more for the first week, but:

Steve's dancing being referred to as "wild"

"Dancing doesn't get tougher/better than this" for Gregg

Anything where Len and Tim talk like they're best buds because they're the elder statesmen.

Anything about Alison having a fun/bubbly/large personality.

After a bad dance, someone telling Mark Wright "The Only Way is Up" etc.

A couple of those would be more fitting when the actual competition starts, but for the launch show cliche list I think 'dancing doesn't get tougher than this' and Alison being 'bubbly' are good. :D

I've got a few for this, but I do it as a drinking game (drink responsibly, and I'd say use something like cider so you don't get too drunk :D ). Some are show/judge-specific, and some are couple-specific.

    Take one sip of drink:

    - every time Len says the words 'you came aht....'
    - every time Len says 'se-vern!'
    - every time a possible showmance is mentioned
    - every time someone's 'guns' are mentioned
    - every time Bruno gets out of his chair
    - every time you spot Tess running back onto the dancefloor after a couple have finished dancing
    - every time Darcey gives a dirty look to Craig
    - every time Craig gets booed
    - if 'Saturday' is mentioned in any way for Frankie
    - if Pixie's VT is about how busy she is
    - if Alison has to seduce Aljaz in her routine
    - if Steve gurns and looks like Chris Hollins (the resemblance is scary)
    - if Ireland/Scotland is mentioned in any way for Jennifer/Judy
    - if Caroline has to joke about fancying Pasha
    - if a prop from yesteryear gets re-used (like Mattiona's swing in Mark's routine last week)
    - if Jake has to tell you that he has NOT had dance training
    - if Mark is close to crying or mentions Michelle

^ that should be enough to keep you going :D:p add more to it if needs be
