Yes, it's time for another series of Strictly Come Dancing, now named Royalty On The Dancefloor! In this series we'll see eleven brave celebrities (paired up with professional dancers) tackle Ballroom, Latin American and Speciality Dances, where an elite* panel of judges will give their opinions and score them out of ten. These scores will be combined with your votes, and one will be eliminated each week (except for the first week) until we have a winner.
The series begins in August, and before then you'll hear cast rumours and the sort.

Charlie Fink, the guitar player and lead vocals in the band which has made two Top 20 UK Singles and two Top 10 UK Albums is heavily rumoured to take part in the show.

Week 1 - Cha-Cha-Cha/Waltz [11 Couples]
Week 2 - Jive/Foxtrot [11 Couples]
Week 3 - Salsa/Paso Doble [10 Couples]
Week 4 - One Unlearned Dance [9 Couples]
Week 5 - Viennese Waltz, American Smooth or Charleston [8 Couples]
Week 6 - Tango/Samba [7 Couples]
Week 7 - One Unlearned Dance [6 Couples]
Week 8 - Quickstep/Rumba [5 Couples]
Week 9 - One Unlearned Dance [4 Couples]
Week 10 - [Two Dances] One Unlearned Dance/Argentine Tango [3 Couples]
Week 11 - [Three Dances] Judges' Choice/Showdance/Favourite Routine [2 Couples]
Themed weeks to be announced in due course.
Week 3 - Tribute Week - The contestants make a tribute to someone in their routine.
Week 4 - Disney Week - The contestants dance to a Disney song.
Week 7 - Team Dance Week - The top two contestants on the series leaderboard pick two couples each to be on their team. After each couple has danced individually, the teams dance together and are scored as a whole.
Week 10 - Final Week - For the finals, the judges have to choose one dance for each couple that they thought was disappointing. The couples then dance a show dance, where there are no rules. After that, the couples both reprise their favourite routines from the series.
Phillip Schofield, 52 and Ruth Langsford, 54 have been approached to be part of the eleven-strong cast. While they've not directly addressed the rumours, Schofield did post this tweet, which reads:
However, not everyone is happy for the pair to take part in the series. ITV apparently don't want Schofield and Langsford in the series, and want them to take part in 'I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here' instead.
Royalty On The Dancefloor will launch in August.
The celebrities and their professional partners will be revealed in a press release on the 28th of July, while the first show will be a week later on the 4th of August.
The show's will be on Monday's and Friday's.
In a bid to win over viewers, there will be longer to vote than in previous series.
