Meanwhile Chrissie showed she could act as well quite well.

A fine episode with some excellent acting. Natalie anderson was fantastic again and Charlotte Bellamy reminded everyone that despite the horrors of Maurel she is still a damn fine actress. The scene with Doug was some good stuff.

Just a quick late visit to say I too (like a lot of others) thought it was a great ep on Friday.
All those in the Alicia/Lachlan storyline have raised their game recently and it's been a great (if at times difficult) watch. Glad Chrissie finally did the right thing. I like the way this has developed from just being about Lachlan being weird into a storyline about the whole issue of boys watching porn on the internet/their attitudes to women and so on.
Also, just a quick mention of Charlotte Bellamy who is showing how good she is again - the scenes between Laurel and Doug were brilliant.
