  I saw a good one of a girl doing a 'self shot' in a mirror, she photoshopped her boobs bigger but you could see the bathroom tiles behind her were warped as well.

  probably one of the most annoying photoshops I've seen was in a Russian Playboy, the Ukraine version was unedited and the Russian was, they basically cut off a section of the girls back to make it look like she had no ass.
