Indeeds, early mornings are misty moisty and there is that breath of Autumn in the air....we're on the cusp....a few leaves are yellowing here already. :cool: I hope it's an indian summer sort of Autumn with clear sunny days well into October, cos winter will be long enough :eek:
I've just flung a spag bol together, which I'll take round to son and DILs later since they are always feeding me. It is blipping away nicely and smelling lushsome! When are you next off on your travels?
We had some uncooked burgers left over from the BBQ earlier this week so I turned some of them into meatballs to have with spaghetti and tomato sauce.
As I didn't break up the mince very well, what I've made looks very like what you've made
Because it was a sort of store cupboard meal I used a bought sauce, but when I make the sauce I season it with anchovies if I have any left over from topping a pizza.
