  That will upset some people. i never liked this Yahoo Bt combination when I was with BT anyway.
  Now I think people should find their own email, cloud or other services, far better than relying on your Isp that you may leave at some point.
  
  i never heard of Critical Path, But these larger Isps should just give people a broadband service and stop with all the gimmicks.
