Copy folder w/ same modified date?

I would like to copy partitions or disks keeping the same modified dates on folders. For technical reasons partition copying is not an option. I've been directed to things like Robocopy and Richcopy but either they don't keep the same modified date or they don't copy at all.
Anybody know the right program and the right command switches to do this please? GUI programs are easier...

eh? Robocopy does do what you want, if you use it with the correct flags.

You can copy the folder timestamps if you use the command for robocopy /DCOPY:T only works on vista/win7
