What type of things do posters like to talk about there? What would be an example of the busiest thread for example?

television without pity is the best forum on the net, hands down. It's like an American version of digital spy except the people there are really witty and funny.

SCIforum`s is an interesting read, the poster`s all claim to be scientist`s doctor`s or experts in
various fields and some probably are. That saying if you post something spurious or something not backed up with a ton of data you will be castigated and vilified and called names some of which you will have to look up in a dictionary
to find out the meaning. If anyone watches the big bang theory and know the character sheldon now imagine a forum
full of Sheldon`s experts in everything ...but real life, and you will know what i mean.

I have never actually posted on this forum although i am a member (too chicken) because i have seen how they treat
other poster`s who asked questions or started threads that they considered below them or just plain stupid. It is an
interesting forum to lurk on as some of the argument`s are
    hilarious and very entertaining.

They have a banned list naming the banned member`s and
the reason they were banned and whom they were banned
by,........in some cases just for asking stupid (in their opinion)
questions or not understanding the thread.

So if you are thick skinned and don`t mind being insulted
join, and go and annoy the hell out of them.:D

    Ha, AnitaS, great minds.

Mumsnet is good for a laugh - not to post on though, just to read. The Am I Being Unreasonable section is eye-wateringly funny.

I popped over there for a look and was still reading an hour later lol!

I can't believe that some people have to ask "Am I Being Unreasonable" for refusing to pay for something they broke in someone else's house or for getting annoyed at American words used by, er, Americans :D
