Bill is a prat with everyone though. In fact with some of the other characters leaving the show for one reason or another, it has made me realise that Bill & Virginia's relationship is least interesting aspect of the show in my opinion.
Bill is coming across as being unpleasant to people who care about him
and want to help him (Virginia, Libby and his mother). It's a testament to
Michael Sheen's acting that we still have some sympathy for him.
I've already watched the first 3 episodes, I was hooked after the Pilot.
Absolutely love this drama, recommend everyone watch this as it's so engrossing!
I concur as I too have been enjoying this series. I think the 2 leads are very good. I can not believe this is the same actress from Hot Tub Time Machine. She is a very strong co lead in this programme.
It's a sad reflection on British viewing habits that a great series like this got relegated from the main C4 channel after the first series, meanwhile the 'reality' pap such as Towie gets a whole new channel to itself (ITVBe).

This completely disappeared from my planner and didn't record! Then I couldn't find on 4od! thought they'd shelved mid-season, but then I found it. Thank goodness, now to find a couple of hours to watch it in between work shifts. Wednesday mornings are my only 'free' time, grr.
Yeah. I'm a little uncomfortable with this angle (did the real Libby Masters had
an extramartial affair? Because if not, it feels wrong to depict her having one ).
Not to mention the whole idea s felt a bit like something outta My Secret Garden (Unhappy suburban housewife has passionate, forbidden sex
with black man).
Having said that, Caitlin Fitzgerald gave a great performance.
As for the other characters: even though Flo is an awful person, Artemis Pebdani's
performance makes me feel a bit sorry for her.

To be honest I think this this has been on the cards ever since Libby was visited by that black handyman in Season 1. I actually thought that they were going to get it on back then, but it seems we had to wait another season for the inevitable to happen. I'm hoping that eventually Bill will find them in bed together as the expression on his face would be priceless if that would happen.
Yes it was a good season. Dr Masters is so selfish, doesn't seem to realise how much he hurts other people
Yeah. I loved that chat in the bar with Barton where Bill tried to justify his
behaviour. Having said that, Gini's whole strategy to keep her kids was
risky- would she really be judged a good person simply by making a good
impression on TV?
EDIT: The "Dr Kaufman" seen in this episode was a real person, and
"Man and Sex" is a real book.

Also, I'm starting to like the Flo Packer character.

That is so true.

Sad we'll have to wait for a new season. I hope it's not cut completely from the schedule. It's fantastic viewing.

Although the book doesn't to have made any of the impact Alfred Kinsey
or Masters and Johnson's books did.....
The States are already up to episode 4.
(Not sure why the 720p torrents are over 3GB and I can't see any 1080 ones, so maybe I'll wait for More4).
