EE: 'Incest' storyline...(possible spoilers)

Just wondered, does the incest storyline have anything to do with Tamwar? I wondered if Afia's father is also his dad. Is this plausible?

    No it was Glenda and Phil although not really incest.

    There was a rumour Carol and Lewis were related but that's all it was.

    Yusuf and Zainab have never seen each other since she left with Masood...before even Syed was born.

    The storyline might refer to Phil & Glenda, hence him calling her 'Auntie Glenda'...

    I didn't know there was going to be an incest storyline. I was wondering if there was going to be 'more' to it with Afia's father but it's hardly likely he's Tamwar's father when Tamwar is the youngest. If Tamwar was the firstborn, eldest child, it could be plausible.

    Yep that's more like it.

    Shouldn't Glenda actually be a blood relative of the Mitchells?

    I know it's a bit 'icky' but is it real incest if they're not blood relatives?

    No incest is only between blood relatives. So Phil/Glenda, Sharon/Dennis etc don't count.

    Phil is blood related to Glenda's daughters but that's a tenuous link.

    I dont think there is any suggestion that Tamwar and Afia are siblings, its far more likely Afai & Syed are.

    I thought the incest story was just a rumour that started on DS and suddenly became truth?

    On the other hand I really do think that
    Syeed is Yusef's son not Masood's.

    It would be really interesting to explore Masood's resentment of him and how it could have stemmed from him somehow *knowing* Syed wasn't his. Plus, it would give the brilliant Marc Elliott something to do!

    Syed's the eldest. I think you're getting him mixed up with Tamwar. :)

    No he's the eldest, Kamil is the youngest followed by Tam :)

    Isn't Glenda Peggy's cousin?

    I can't actually figure out where she lies in the family tree.... but if Roxy and Ronnie are Phil's cousins and Glenda isn't Peggy's sister.... WHO IS SHE? exactly.?

    Glenda is Archies wife.

    Archie & Eric were brothers. (Eric being Peggys husband)
