  I doubt it's a song by a band/artist that can be bought by regular consumers. There are music production companies out there that exclusively compose music pieces for TV and film productions. The companies create libraries of all kinds of nice sounding music that TV companies can use in their productions for a fee. Most of the time when there is background music in documentaries etc, the music is from one of these libraries. By the sound of it, I suspect that the track in that Youtube video is also one of these kind of tracks.

  Yep it's apex twin, I personally thought it sounded a little older. classical, as I think I hear a bassoon in the songbut I guess it could be modern too
