Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this.
I have been with Sky Talk for a number of years for my broadband and call charges. I have recently moved my line rental and other services from BT.
These services are things like caller ID, 1571, etc. As my phone is Text compliant, I was able to send and receive texts via the handset. Now that I am with Sky Talk, I can only receive texts and not send them.
I spoke to CS and even though the CS rep told me she could see it on the list of services, she was told by Sky Tech Services that they don't do it anymore (?)
Does anyone have this service from Sky Talk?
