  I find that about alot of the HM's this year. Here's my list of annoying voices out of those that are left .....

  It annoyed me for a few minutes until I started to love him and now I can't wait to hear his dulcet tones, can't get enough of him.

  Funnily enough the lot left in there all have irritating speaking voices, but Josie, Rachel, Dave and JJ1 are the most annoying to me. I used to hate Corins voice but it's grown on me, and I love hearing Sam Pepper comedy voice:)

  i love his voice

  He has got quite an annoying, whiny voice that rather grates.
  
  As for him being a "good guy," I think he just gets off on winding people up, period. People seem to be regarding him as a bit of a hero because he's winding up Josie, but he's just using prior knowledge of the show to know exactly who to wind up to make himself popular.
  
  He's gone on a mission in there to wind people up to be entertaining, but unfortunately he's also very annoying to watch.

  I found it really annoying when he first came in, like I did with Corin. But think I've kind of got used to it a bit now, but still can't stand him!!!!
