Not really. I just don't want to see the already insufferably smug Salmond's face if they do win.:o

And I must say some of the abuse meted out by some supporters of the yes campaign has been disgraceful.:(

Nope. I'll still visit Scotland, anyway. I honestly do wish them the best of luck if they won the vote to break away.

Do you not have any people from other parts of the world where you live?.

Instinctively I favour the breakup of the UK because the current situation is a mess and in many ways it's the logical next step.

However I confess I don't really know what the short-term impact is likely to be on England so I need to do a bit of research.

I would be very sad, but i would prefer a yes victory than a marginal no victory. (substantial no being what i would really like.

What do you think Cameron should offer them to try and make them vote no?

I wonder if a independent Scotland will legalise prostitution to attract sex tourists

Surely any decision for independence would need to carry the population with it, with say a 75%, at least vote in favour! a narrow vote say 51% to 49% would cause no end of animosity

No I won't be sad. Why would any of us want to keep unhappy people who don't want to be part of a country, TIED to us for no reason? It just seems spiteful to be bitter about them going.

I would respect a Yes vote but I wouldn't be happy to see it.

I'm not fussed either way but if it does happen then I'm sure people will still be able to visit the place, they'll have open days and the like where you can take gifts and stuff.

No, I won't be sad in the least.

In fact, I'll be glad that the reams and reams of "will they/ won't they" conjecture in the media will finally come to an end.

I'm sure if you ask nicely enough you can have a referendum too.

I predict serious outbreaks of public disorder when SNP announce their minimum pricing of alcohol, panic buying of Buckie and MD 20/20 shall ensue. The pizza supper shall also be taxed to the hilt. :-(

Should we expect a large series of seismic activity along the border as Scotland breaks away and floats off into the North Sea?
