Hi
Has anyone else having problems getting a refund on the orders they havent got from unbeatable.co.uk or capital sound and vision?
I enformed my visa card company and they are dragging their heels on refunding my card,they reckon the company hasn't gone into liquidation!
I phoned the recievers today and they are sending me a liquidation letter to send to goldfish to help my refund on its way.
Here are some usefull numbers for anyone else having problems:

Don't know about the web site but the Sony centres they franchised have all shut and the customers are getting nothing at the moment. All the warranties that were paid for as well are no use....
Your extended warranties will be fine *if* Capital had passed on the money to Domestic & General.
