In the 80s it was called Bogling. As someone said, just re-branding of an old, old thing.
Bogle and the twerk are two very different dances. Bogle is more hand movements in the air where as a twerk is about shaking your backside. Both very 80's and very much born from the dancehalls in Jamaica.
