  I have used them a few times, first time was for a Canon Digital 350D SLR. I then bought a better lens for my 350D and then the last thing I bought was a Panasonic GS500 video camcorder.
  I first saw them as a listed site on eBay when I got my 350D, but used there own website for my last purchases.
  
  They are based in Asia but have good support here in the UK & Europe. I recently had to send my 350D back to them as the internal lense had a scratch which I only noticed after 6 months of use. The guarantee still applied and so I got worried I would have to send the camera all the way to Asia. But I sent it to there office here in the UK, my issue was trackable online the whole time and got my camera back after a month as it had to be sent to Canon to be fixed. I was not charged.
  
  So I would recommend them.
