Vario 2 help!

My first techie post so be gentle with me!
my Vario 2 has stopped sending attachments. its a Windows Mobile 5 PDA & whenever I try to email pics using any of the email accounts on it-hotmail, yahoo, tiscali.. it sends the email but no attachment.
this has just started happening in the last few days. its worked perfectly well for the year I've had it til now.
any suggestions /advice gratefully received!
