Those of you who take Eurovision seriously ( and you know who you are) please don't vote for De Gea's wife. If she tanks they might just stay in Manchester....
Last year I watched it from start to finish. Usually have it on in the background anyway.
Helps if you have a few glasses of red beforehand though to get you in the mood.
Probably worth watching the final 10 minutes when it appears online, bloody brilliant viewing. He's crazy enough when he's sober, a bloody lunatic when he's pissed. Such a great character.
LVG and his speeches, barmy as houses, but having him as your boss, I'd run through a brick wall if he's like that all the time. Total opposite of Fergie's speeches which were by the time he retired, very much the same old thing. Can't wait to see LVG next year if we've won something....:D
Here's Louis with the microphone in hand again, this time he's celebrating with the Bayern fans.. I think it's microphones that turn him into some one crazy...

I haven't got MUTV anymore but I was reading a fan forum message board and crying laughing at the posts being posted about that speech as it was happening.
Someone said it was worth waiting through 4 hours of bum numbing boredom to hear it! lol
The posts were the funniest thing I've read all year!
Van Gaals speech was mad, but brilliant, was in stitches watching it, Jim Rosenthal and Hayley McQueen didn't no what to do, should give LVG Alcohol after every United game before he talks to the press would be brilliant, the guy is a legend just hope he can win us a few trophies before he leaves.
Smashed or not, that speech was the work of a man that gets this club.
I think the fans getting behind him when things weren't going well really caught him by surprise and struck a chord with him. He said it himself, and brings up quite often that if it was any of the other big clubs he was at, he wouldn't have received the same support. He seemed genuinely touched by it all.

Yes it is great to see someone get animated and be passionate about our club.
I don't care if alcohol played a part in his speeches at the end, it is what he said that is important, and what he said was great!
He really knows how to work a room, and a crowd!

De Gea needs to take note because Madrid won't give him the same support if it goes a bit tits up.
I thought he was going to say something about his contract to De Gea when he was about to give him the Sir Matt award, but he didn't, ahh well at least he signs off with winning both awards yet again.
Time for someone different to win the awards next season!

Alcohol loosens the tongue. I suspect that he has big plans.
Either that, or he's just reinforcing the fear.
Either way, I'm happy with it.

I think I'd like to join in with this merriment after last season's shitfest tbh.
A pity there's no freeview on MUTV at the minute.
Perhaps we need to serve fine alcohol during the first half for some rousing half time speeches!

Whatever the saxaphone lady is about is one of the new unknown mysteries of the universe.
Very different to last yearsone that is for sure!
That's funny!
He's good value that's for sure.
Just need to add some silverware.
Yes indeed, it will be like tonight, but times a thousand if that is even possible!

Wow. The ghost of William Wallace is wishing he could have made speeches like that... I applauded at the end and I never even heard her sax!
That's the right guy for us, no question.

Lingard is our sole representative with England.
United have had it taken down!
Watched it live on MUTV last night and yes, LVG is a madman alright... but I like it!
I just want to add: "Thirteen points after ten games, and the fans are still cheering! Can you believe that? Unbelieveable!"
