Hello all. I've never been in this thread before. Or any of its continuations. Buts its odd to see it at Eccleston already. Might I ask? What is this thread actually about anyway? Its been going on for a long time. It must be one mighty complex topic! :) Or just a huge arguement :D

But i'm sure its not an argument.

I'm rambling. Back to the main question

    Whats this thread about?

it's a doctor who general discussion thread where we talk (at length) about anything and everything connected with the show, in a generally upbeat or constructively critical way. Mostly it's just a bunch of us having a laugh talking about the show we love...:)

Ah sorry being flippant. This is part 9 of the thread started by Tigger-Roo so the mods kindly indulged us by naming them after the appropriate doctor - hence part Eccleston.

Whoa! We hadn't got to 180 pages. Poor old McGann, never gets a full innings.

So what else to say but...

    "Run!"

Yay, new thread! Finally a Doctor I know really well :D

"Do you know like we were saying, about the earth revolving? It's like when you're a kid, the first time they tell you that the world is turning and you just can't quite believe it 'cause everything looks like it's standing still. I can feel it...the turn of the earth. The ground beneath our feet is spinning at a thousand miles an hour. The entire planet is hurtling around the sun at sixty seven thousand miles an hour. And I can feel it. We're falling through space, you and me, clinging to the skin of this tiny little world. And, if we let go..."

I love Nine, I love CE... But Part McGann was much too short ! Poor Paul, poor Eight, always the least considered in the DW history !
Dear Mr McGann, Dear Eighth Doctor, you were fantastic, and you what ? So was Nine :D
