From another forum:

"We have a cat in care named Cleo. Cleo came to us as owner moving to temporary accomodation and no pets allowed. Cleo is a grey female, and aged 21 years. When she came to us her coat was awful, badly matted (she's a short haired cat) thin and could hardly walk.

She's been to the vets a week ago, all bloods checked etc and she's fit as a fiddle, no issues whatsoever. She had her coat brushed while snoozing at the vets and four teeth removed and the rest cleaned up, her claws were also cut as they were curling into her pads in her paws - no wonder she could hardly walk.

Since her vetty visit she's bright as a button, she loves cuddles and attention and gives lovely headbutts.

Cleo's details are about to be circulated to all Scottish and North of England branches of CP in the hope of finding her a home.

If you know of anyone who would be interested in a lovely mature lady (who doesn't think she is 21 by the way) let me know. Her photo doesn't show how pretty she is (little monkey refuses to look at the camera!)
