Please can anyone help?
My daughter has a contract Blackberry Curve, due to it being in constant use it has now started to wear out, battery not charging properly and keys not working. She cannot get an upgrade until May, so was just wondering if the Sim could be put into an unlocked cheaper phone?

Even with heavy usage it should last out the contract term. Unless you have damaged it through negligence?
Most networks will give you a free courtesy phone while yours is off for repair.
