Just wondered if anyone from the area can tell me what the weathers like? Planning to head up for Hogmanay shortly! Google says light rain. Is it freezing? :D

    Just not long back from The Gyle and I would agree. Mild and drizzle and a bit windy :)

    Yeah, I'm in West Edinburgh and it's been mild and drizzly all day. It's been very dark too. All the on-call gritters for the Council have been told they are now off-call so clearly it's not expected to get frosty or snowy any time soon. It might be a bit misty tonight so I think the view of the fireworks could be muted.
