Emmerdaily 26/9/13 - Chasing Amy?

Spoilers re-phrased from ITV.com as per usual.

Part, the first:

Amy has to face her fears
Thanks to Eric, the dolt!
No mascara could take her tears
It runs more than Usain Bolt

David is Alicia's entire world
Although she's scared to show it
Dom then tells the troubled girl
That he already knows it

Paddy and Rhona's marriage is done
Marlon is shocked to hear
What now for their young son,
Who all three hold so dear?

Part, the second:
Amy cannot lose her lad
Now that she's found him again
But the crazy idea that she's had
Will surely end in pain.

Jimmy was by Nico betrayed
But now he learns the extent
Dom & Alicia's future is parlayed
Have their good times all been spent?

And a good evening to one and all.

Couple of request for the ad-break disco, which we'll obviously get to at the appropriate time.

I did look for 'Centrefold' by The J. Geils Band, but sadly no suitable performance was available.

Any requests for next week's disco are more than welcome.

See you after my tea!

Oh, and the excellent film from which I nicked tonight's title is showing on Sony Movies (323 on Sky) tonight at 9pm.

:D A quick hello as my Uncle will be here at six so i hope you all have a good daily

I just wanted to leave you with a little joke and I do mean little

As I was sat on a roller coaster earlier thinking about that great philosopher Ronan Keating I harked back to a day many years ago that I was sat in Greek restaurant.

well on the next table was Freddie Mercury and as the waiter gave him a couple of dishes Freddie said can I please have another one

When the waiter asked why Freddie said

    I want to break three

    erm see you tomorrow

I read somewhere that the J. Geils Band didn't even know they'd had a hit in the UK until AFTER it had happened :o

Evening all. I am on a virtually empty bus :) it's like being chauffeured by a really crap limousine company. See you later.

Lol, I love how you so seamlessly managed to include a roller coaster into a joke that is nothing to do with a roller coaster. :D:D

Good one anyway, cheers, chris and have a lovely evening. :)

Thanks, Gulfie! And many happy greetings to one & all.

Big fundraiser for husband tonight. Being in your company is always my go-to place for fun, frivolity & a break from a few pressures. You're a great bunch! Even you, Ags. :)
