Forgot to put R I P - Rita Ora on my list.
She can sing, but her voice isn't special on it, and it's a boring song. And EVERYONE plays it constantly.

The Goyte song gets on my nerves. I hate the coy 'plinky-plonkiness' of it, it sounds like old Japanese brothel muzak.

I actually did not like at first and didn't get the hype of it, but it slowly grew on me ha :)

same here. First time I heard it I was intrigued but also quite dismissive. I remember being irked by it's clear references to 80's alternative pop/rock. Now it has to be said that referencing 80's music has never really been a problem for me in the past but this one really bugged the hell out of me for some reason but I think the main problem was down to the fact that I was listening to it on Radio1, well it has to be annoying shit if Radio1 are playing it. It wasn't until I happened to see it on TOTP2 that I completely changed my opinion of it - maybe the video had something to do with that. ;)

Cheryl (cole) - say my name (didnt realise how many times I hear "say my name" in a song! - right "cheryl" we get the point! - plus reading the song on DAB (digital radio displaying the "now playing" cheryl - say my name makes you say WTF  .... cheryl baker :D)
kelly rowland - down for whatever (i still like it but its overplayed)
Chris Brown - Turn up the music (catchy cant stand the guy! and going BLAH BLAH BLAH in a chorus )
Chris Brown/Pitbull - International Love (no no no!)
Taio Cruz - Hangover - I like his music but seems to be more recent his songs are nearly the same  (come on Taio please go back to the RnB side and move away from Dance since EVERY pop/RnB artist out there is on the bandwagon!)
    Wanted - Glad you came
Flo-Rida - (Blow My) Whistle - lyrics sound wrong on so many levels
    JLS & Dev
Alexandra Burke - Elephant (lyrics make me think of a pink elephant - related to drink problems - maybe misheard lyrics LOL)
Justin "walked into a mirror" Bieber - cant stand him at all!

    thats my lot :D

Most of the stuff in the charts has been shockingly awful, from what I have heard of it. I think 2012 has been a terrible year for music so far.

I personally think its with some artists just jumping the dance trend with me that what makes it awful for me (I do like my dance and RnB here but with everyone doing the same genre or "crossover" its just bad ... ok to start with but now its going OTT in my opinion) - thank god I got an mp3 player and I can step back in time or listen to other artists who are "unsigned" :D

Most music I listen to is older, or indie, or just artists who don't tend to chart or care about charting. I haven't taken chart positions seriously since my teens and I've discovered such a better, wider, quality of music for it.

Shut Up, that Flo-Rida's whistle is one of the worst songs of the year. Hasn't even been officially released yet in the UK with a cover nearing the Itunes Top 10. Yes, a cover- that is how good the song is "Whistle" IMO. Gosh.

    Gary Barlow - Sing
    Calvin Harris ft. Ne-Yo - Let's Go
Sean Paul - She Doesn't Mind
Justin Bieber - Turn To You
Justin Bieber - Die In Your Ams
Rizzle Kicks - Mama Do The Hump (well actually 2011 but it's been everywhere in 2012)
LMFAO - Sorry For Party Rocking (though not quite as bad as Sexy And I Know It's continued presence, it gets even shitter as time goes on!)
    Taio Cruz - Troublemaker
    Taio Cruz - Hangover
DJ Fresh - Hot Right Now (no idea why - I love Rita Ora!)
    Dappy - Rockstar
The Wanted - Chasing The Sun
Lawson - When She Was Mine
    Flo Rida - Whistle

There's probably more I can't think of atm as well. So many amazing tracks so far this year, but loads of shit!

    Cover Drive - Twilight
    Tulisa - Young

Expected better from Tulisa TBH for her debut, but Young is a lazy, average dance song in my opinion.

I also hate that I know every word to it too!!
