Looking for the best 40-42 inch smart tv.

ideal requirements:-

twin tuner. record tv.
play mp4, avi and MKV via ethernet.
tv catch up services.
skype camera etc all built in.


is there such a beast?

    The only "twin tuner" ( actually 2 x freeview & 2 x Freesat ) that springs to mind is the pana 47wt65 & 55wt65 . Might be better to get a budget TV and have a add on recorder ?
