Anything with David Morrissey is usually excellent. Hope it doesn't end sadly.

If it hadn't been for The Walking Dead I'd have never discovered the wonderful David Morrissey - since then I've tried catching up on everything he's done! I'm enjoying The Driver very much - Morrissey is so versatile.

So one good thing came out of The Walking Dead then!

I adore David Morrissey. I thought he was wonderful in the recent play where he had an affair on a train with Sheridan Smith.

Excellent drama - really strong performances from the cast, especially David Morrissey. I knew I wouldn't be disappointed. Roll on next week.

Did you see him on Breakfast when he said that he did the driving when it was filmed inside the car? He said the stunt driver did the outside shots but his facial expressions were because he really was driving that fast! He knew he had to do the part when he read the script!

I really liked this. What was the scene about when he looked at the TV set, and it zoomed in?

What was the flashback where he hit someone or something? I was distracted at that point.

:o Is it? Never occured to me! Why would he do that to him?

I am loving this. Brilliant script, and brilliant acting.

I thought it was excellent, the time just flew by which is always a good sign as far as I'm concerned. My only complaint would be about the villains, they really did look like a bunch of cartoon characters. But perhaps that's intentional, there were some comedy moments..like the guy coming out of prison to find his twin was living with his lady friend and had put her up the duff.

It's okayish. Morrissey is the best thing about it.

Sasha Parkinson looks far too old to still be at school. Hopefully get to see her charlies in part 2 or 3.

Mild mannered man turns to crime...

Pity it is only 3 episodes long. If it was 5 seasons long it could be very interesting.

Good, fast moving drama with a main character viewers can empathise with.
    Nice one! :)

Enjoyed the first episode a lot. Great acting and a witty script, plus there's a strong plot that could take us anywhere.

Not wanting to pick holes but it did seem that Morrissey's character was being paid huge amounts of money for doing very little. Will be interested to find out if there's an explanation in the coming episodes.

The one they threw in the boot at the end, supposedly to be 'finished'.
