As far as the Hurt Doctor is concerned, he still destroyed Galifrey.

It was my understanding that Tennant's Doctor also still believes this. No?

Hurt from just before he destroys Gallifrey.

Tennant from between Waters of Mars and End of Time.

Smith from after The Name of the Doctor.

They all meet up and save Gallifrey but Hurt and Tennant (plus all the others) forget about it.

Tom Baker II is the 756th Doctor ;)

Because the Doctor and Kate clearly knew each other, the 'modern day' scenes must have took place in around 2016 (because the gaps between Amy and Rory's S7a adventures mean The Power of Three takes place in 2015). So it must have been a couple of years since Name for Clara.

Which makes sense as Clara has trained to be a teacher during the time.
