Think it is just the green leaves that can be poisonous if not cooked properly. Generally only the red stems are used
Apparently when they were talking to Chris Evans this morning he asked them if the food got cold, and by the time they get to the end person it is luke warm..
I hadn't thought about it like that... now... of course that's ALL I see....
The leaves are poisonous but I used to pick the stalks and dip them in sugar when I was a kid.
There's not very much for us veggies to get excited about
Banana leaf I should think. Traditional for serving food in may countries across Asia and the Far East.
Sorry just disappointed as I love rhubarb but not like that!
I'm not a veggie, but just couldn't eat that!
