First of all, sorry if this is in the wrong forum section.

Now to start my rant, but does anyone else find ITV2 like to repeat films? Especially Mr Beans Holiday, you would find it on almost every Sunday nearly and almost everyday. Charlie And The Chocolate Factory is a close second along with Cinderella Story,King Kong,The Holiday etc.

Sure every channel does this - ITV4 are showing Carlito's Way right now for the 100th time, Casino, Mad Max 2 et al are on a very short lead so come around more frequently than a bus.
Film Four would be sunk without Roland Emmerich films.

Its utterly tedious and there is no chance of them stopping this practice.

The Back to The Future and Jurassic Park films are played way too much by ITV 2 also.

Never mind the repeats, I tried watching a movie on ITV the other day, gave up, adverts every 15 mins it was ridiculous. And they wonder why mainstream TV is on the decline.

The Mummy seems to be on more times than the news on ITV2

I've lost count the amount of times I've seen 2 Fast 2 Furious on ITV2 or Rocky on ITV4. I guess they're guaranteed viewers because I always see people posting on Facebook and Twitter "OMG Rocky is on tonight I'm watching it for the 50th time wooooo!" Yawn.

Five * seem to have bought the rights to show 'Eraser' at least once a week.

I can't cope with watching films on ITV-C4/C5. When you are used to watching them uninterrupted and in great quality on Sky or Blu Ray the ad breaks just completely ruin it

Couldn't agree more. It's a vicious circle at the moment with TV, a lot of people recording programmes/films so they can skip the ads, so revenue is down, so they need to show more ads!!

The adverts I can cope with, it's those stupid 118 118 clowns on ITV 4 you can't avoid.

Anyway, Get Carter is another one. That's on about once a week.

Would much rather watch the vastly superior uncut US version than the BBFC's hatchet job video version which Five are probably showing.

I'm not sure which one they show. Always worth a watch though. It's just about the last of Arnie's great but rubbish action films.

They're stil not as annoying as the 'oirish eejits' flogging whisky on Film Four.
