Aww, I love Chris! I would never be harsh about him! It was only meant tongue in cheek. I think he may have a touch of the John Sargeant about him ...

Thread name changed now. Although I was struggling with positive adjectives beginning with "c". Any idea, throw them my way.

    Courageous?

    Catsuit?

    Chuckling?

    Contagious?

They are the only slightly positive ones I can come up.

    Hoe down Hollins?

well bill & sian will be dining out on this for ages lol x

not too keen on ola tbh - i just find her very serious and wonder if she'll clash with chris when he's messing round.

i didn't get into the last series so i may be misjudging ola but that's just the impression i got of her from when i saw her in 07.

I can't wait to see him dance I hoping he will be able to dance but somehow I think not. However I will be supporting him and Ola.

I'm praying he can dance a bit so that Ola has a chance of staying in longer, she's my bezzie fave dancer. I can see me spending a fortune on phone votes to try and keep them in.

Think I shall be spending some time in this thread. :)

I believe Chris is fit and I'm sure he'll take it seriously. Guess well have to wait and see if he's got any dance ability.

I'm sure there will be plenty of laughs along the way.:D

Cannot wait for his training VT's with Bill & Sian no doubt ripping it out of him!

Ola's one of the few professionals I've never met or ever really had anything to do with so this'll be interesting. I adored her in 2007 with Kenny, the whole Logan/Jordan thing was immense, I thought.

I think Chris might surprise a few people. I can see this partnership developing like Kenny and Ola's did.

I had to dash out before Ola arrived but Kate Silverton commented that Chris had a bit of rhythm based on her dancing with him "loose" (I assume she meant freeform/disco-ish) in a club some years ago.

Chris got a bit of stick on Radio 1 this morning.

His ex girlfriend is the sports reporter on the breakfast show and they were winding her up about it.

Ola looked very skinny on Breakfast this morning, I thought. Just as I imagined, they're very cute together, they seemed very tactile and comfortable with each other.

I'm worried for them dancing in the first section with looks a lot stronger than the second. The weaker dancers in their section will be Lynda and Ricky G, I think and I can't see either of them going out first as they are popular people dancing with popular pro's/ Chris will need our votes!

Chris was on local radio (Kent) very early this morning and said he had met Ola once (presumably for the promo shoot) and that he was going to see her again shortly (presumably Breakfast TV).

He said that he hadn't started training but was looking forward to it even though he'd heard she works you very hard.

Apparently he is a "local" lad having lived at Sevenoaks, Tonbridge and (Bromley - I think).

Can't remember anything else as I was flying round getting ready for work and only half listening - sorry.

As Ola and James also live in Kent they will probably get a lot of local support.
